✨ POSH HAUS BEAUTY BAR Appointment & Cancellation Policy At Posh Haus Beauty Bar, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy: Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may require a new deposit to book a future appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the discretion of Posh Haus Beauty Bar, and your deposit may be forfeited. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future services. Group Appointments For group bookings or multiple services, additional notice may be required for cancellations or changes. Please inquire at the time of booking.
